You can login to your helpdesk by going to your companys Freshdesk URL, which is usually <your companys name>.freshdesk.com and clicking on the “login” option to get to the Sign in form. You can also get to this page by going to <company>.freshdesk.com/support/login.

Once you do, you will be taken to your support portals Dashboard, from where you can access your most recent ticket activity.
