Each report gives you different information, based on what metrics you want to view. Other than that, all the reports have some common features, which you can use to your advantage.
If you’d like to document your report and print hard copies, you can click the button that says Download as PDF on the top right corner.
If you want to keep a current report for reference purposes later on, just click on the floppy disk button and give it a name. This will save the report to your helpdesk for future use.
The Edit button on the left allows you to modify the filters set on the current report. You can filter based on a number of attributes, such as time period, priority, type of ticket, etc.
